Reaching people is about timing. Call at the wrong hour and you annoy them. Call once and give up, and you miss most of them. A campaign gives you three dials for this: your calling hours, the timezone rule, and the rhythm of retries.

Calling hours (the window)

The calling window is the hours you’re allowed to dial: the days of the week and a start and end time, like Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can split a day into multiple blocks, run windows that cross midnight, and choose whether to measure those hours in your business timezone or in each contact’s own local time. There’s also AI After Hours, where the AI only calls in the gaps around your human team, and a choice about whether leads that arrive outside your hours wait for the next opening or get left for your reps.

How you dial (the mode)

There’s more than one way to work a list. The mode decides the style: Speed to lead is about being fast. Power dialer is about being thorough. Most people run both together.

How often (the cadence)

If someone doesn’t pick up, you don’t stop after one ring. The cadence is your retry rhythm: how many times a day you try, on which days, and how far apart. Want to try someone twice a day? That’s just two attempts scheduled on the same day. The cadence handles the spacing so you stay persistent without being a pest.
Persistence wins, but there’s a line. A few well spaced tries over a few days beats hammering someone six times in one afternoon. Space your attempts out.
