Open Settings → Call handling to decide what happens when a caller is quiet or an outbound call reaches voicemail or a screener.

End silent calls

Enable End silent calls, then edit each Message and its Send after wait. Use Add message to add a check-in or remove one you do not need. The first wait starts after the agent finishes speaking. Later waits start after the previous message finishes. Hang up after is a separate final wait, so the agent does not disconnect while it is still saying the last message. New agents start with two check-ins, 10 seconds apart, followed by a 5-second final wait. Review the saved values on an existing agent. A caller’s reply restarts the waits; work in progress and transfers pause them.

Maximum call duration

Set any whole number from 1 to 90 minutes. The default is 15 minutes. This limit applies even while someone is speaking, so allow enough time for the conversation you expect.

Voicemail

Choose Hang up or Leave a message. If you leave a message, enter what the agent should say after the greeting; it then ends the call. Use the variable picker for details that should change for each lead.

Call screening

Choose Hang up or Say a message and wait. For a message, briefly state who is calling and why, then let the screener connect the person. Keep existing behavior leaves existing campaign and step settings in place. A specific Power Dialer step can override the agent’s general treatment. These controls manage the call itself. Configure actions after it ends in End Call, then test your choices.
