Before you open a roster
The queue summary answers the cheap version of the question first: how many leads are waiting, how many are due today and tomorrow, how many are held back, and how many are on a call right now. Open the pipeline, callback, or parked-lead view to see the people in that part of the queue. The today and tomorrow figures are day windows, so pass the timezone you actually operate in; the default is UTC and that is rarely the number you want to read out. When the pipeline looks empty
An empty pipeline usually is not a dialer problem. In order of likelihood:- Nobody was enrolled. The trigger tag on your contacts is not the tag on the campaign. A trailing space is enough.
- The campaign is paused. See Going live.
- Everyone finished. A finite cadence runs out. Five steps, five calls, done.
In the API
- Get pipeline steps counts leads per step
- List pipeline leads lists them with
cadenceStepandnextCallTime - List parked speed-to-lead leads and List callback leads cover the parked and callback queues
