locationId is the id most
endpoints scope on. Concepts are in

A campaign is edited through its agent, not through the project:
Update campaign takes
locationId
and campaignId for a shared agent, and
Get campaign shows the selected
calendar under config.calendarId. Other calendars are managed in the CRM, the
legacy campaign templates are not published, and readiness is checked with the
go live checklist rather than a validation call.
