A TFU Live rep takes real calls through its campaign. Switch that campaign on or off the same way the dashboard’s Go live and pause buttons do, with the rep’s tfu_live: id and locationId. Both need campaigns:write and agents:write. Only go live when the user asks for it.
  1. Check TFU Live go-live readiness lists everything still standing in the way, in blockers. Each one has a code, a message saying what to do, and who clears it: rep (a setting of the rep’s own, such as its number or what starts its calls), operator (the person, such as adding a card or approving GoHighLevel) or staff (Team Follow Up). A page says where in the dashboard, when there is one.
  2. Once nothing is listed, Go live with TFU Live agent switches the campaign on, through the same campaign update and go-live check as the dashboard. While anything is still listed it is refused with TFU_LIVE_GO_LIVE_BLOCKED and every blocker, in the same words the check gives, and the campaign stays paused.
  3. Pause TFU Live agent switches it off again. It works whatever would stop the rep going live.
Going live adds no start rule, tag or number: the campaign starts doing what it is already set up to do. An outbound rep with start tags begins calling the contacts that match them as soon as it is live. An inbound rep only answers calls to its numbers, now as real calls. Once paused, the rep calls no leads, and a call to its numbers is answered as its phone test: the same conversation with every action simulated, nothing written to the CRM or calendar, billed as a test call. Its settings, numbers and tags are kept. Both answer with the campaign (id, name, isActive), live and unchanged. Going live while it is already live, or pausing while it is already paused, changes nothing and says so with unchanged: true. When several campaigns use the rep, name the one with campaignId; without it, the rep’s first campaign is used, the one the check reads. Missing a number? Give the rep a phone number first.
