The graph that runs after every call: one branch per outcome, nodes that tag, move, note, message and book. Versioned, so a live campaign is never half-saved.

| Get a per-outcome workflow digest | One line per outcome, for review. |
| Add actions to an outcome | Append nodes to one branch atomically. Accepts Idempotency-Key. |
| Remove a workflow node | Delete one node and its edges. |
| Replace the entire workflow | Swap the whole graph. Dropping nodes needs allowRemovals. |
| Update settings or node contents | Merge settings and existing node contents. Never creates nodes. |
