Power Dialer API

The power dialer works leads through a cadence of steps over days. Concepts are in Cadences, steps and the queue.

Endpoint	Use it to
Get pipeline steps	Count the leads on each step of a campaign.
List pipeline leads	List them with `cadenceStep` and `nextCallTime`.
List callback leads	Leads queued for a callback they asked for.
List parked speed-to-lead leads	Leads waiting for the calling window to open.
Run lead touchpoints now	Place waiting leads’ next step immediately. Starts real calls.
Move leads to another step	Put waiting leads on a zero-based `targetStep`.
Remove leads from cadence	Take waiting leads out.
List campaign schedules	The cadences in your agency.
Get campaign schedule	One cadence with its `schedule[]`.
Update campaign schedule	Edit steps, with `deletions`, `stepOrder` and `confirmReorder` guards.
