# Editing several skills

> Change selected skills while keeping the rest of the agent intact.

Open each skill you want to change in **Skills & Tools**, or ask the chatbot to
make the changes together. Name the skills and explain what should change.
Skills you did not select should stay as they are.

## Review the result

Check each changed skill's instructions and settings, then try the conversation.
If only some changes saved, review those results before retrying the rest.
Removing a skill is a separate choice; editing another skill should never remove it.

## In the API

There is no bulk write. Read the set with
[List agent skills](/api-reference/in-call-capabilities/list-agent-skills), then
change each one with
[Update one agent skill](/api-reference/in-call-capabilities/update-one-agent-skill)
or [Delete one agent skill](/api-reference/in-call-capabilities/delete-one-agent-skill),
sending the `version` you read as `expectedVersion`.
