# Built around GoHighLevel

> Today the software is built for GoHighLevel users. Anything beyond that, other CRMs or custom work, is where Done For You comes in.

Team Follow Up is a **GoHighLevel platform today.** Everything in the software,
the agents, the campaigns, the contacts, the calling window, the booking, is built
around GoHighLevel. If you run your business on GHL, the software is made for you.

We are adding other CRMs and integrations, but they are not here yet. For now,
GoHighLevel is the ground everything stands on.

## The software is our service, productized

The software is not where we started. We started by doing this work by hand for
clients: running the calls, tuning the agents, wiring up the follow ups. The
software is that experience turned into a product, the parts we do over and over,
packaged so you can run them yourself.

That is the **DIY plan.** You get the same engine we use, in a dashboard you
control, built for GoHighLevel.

## When you need more than the software: Done For You

The software keeps growing, but it will always be a step behind what we can build
by hand. **Done For You** is where we go to the battleground: custom builds, any
CRM, and features that are not in the software yet.
