# The campaign’s queue

> See who is queued, who is being called right now, and who has been parked.

The queue belongs to the selected campaign. It shows who is waiting, who is
partway through that campaign's cadence, and who has been parked. Find it in the
campaign's **Power Dialer** tab.

Reach for it whenever the question is about **people**, rather than about the
schedule. "Who is up next" is a pipeline question. "How often does it call" is a
[cadence](/campaigns/cadences) question.

## Before you open a roster

The queue summary answers the cheap version of the question first: how many
leads are waiting, how many are due today and tomorrow, how many are
held back, and how many are on a call right now. Open the pipeline, callback, or
parked-lead view to see the people in that part of the queue.

The today and tomorrow figures are day windows, so pass the timezone you
actually operate in; the default is UTC and that is rarely the number you want
to read out.

## When the pipeline looks empty

An empty pipeline usually is not a dialer problem. In order of likelihood:

1. **Nobody was enrolled.** The [trigger tag](/campaigns/audience) on your
contacts is not the tag on the campaign. A trailing space is enough.
2. **The campaign is paused.** See [Going live](/campaigns/going-live).
3. **Everyone finished.** A finite cadence runs out. Five steps, five calls, done.

## In the API

* [Get pipeline steps](/api-reference/campaigns/get-pipeline-steps) counts leads per step
* [List pipeline leads](/api-reference/campaigns/list-pipeline-leads) lists them with `cadenceStep` and `nextCallTime`
* [List parked speed-to-lead leads](/api-reference/campaigns/list-parked-speed-to-lead-leads) and [List callback leads](/api-reference/campaigns/list-callback-leads) cover the parked and callback queues
