# TFU Live authoring

> Brain and Voice in one Agent, with runtime-specific authoring and explicit operation support.

Create one Agent using [Create agent](/api-reference/tfu-live/create-tfu-live-agent) through its dedicated authoring module. Its Brain and Voice are authored together. Creating either a complete agent or an empty draft also creates a linked paused campaign with a private cadence. The create response includes `data.campaign`; caller numbers and trigger tags start empty. Read and edit
that returned TFU Live public id using [Get agent](/api-reference/tfu-live/get-tfu-live-agent) and
[Update agent](/api-reference/tfu-live/update-tfu-live-agent).

An agent can also start from a Brain template, a ready-made agent:
[List TFU Live Brain templates](/api-reference/tfu-live/list-tfu-live-brain-templates) gives
each one's workflows, starting prompt and the values it needs (`toFill`), and Create agent
with `{ id, brainTemplateId, values }` makes an explicit draft from it. The
[workflows contract](/tfu-live/workflows-contract#brain-templates) describes them.

[Operation support](/api-reference/tfu-live/get-tfu-live-operation-support) reports
`supported`, `not_implemented` and `not_applicable` separately. Scope, ownership
and readiness are additional checks. Ordinary outcome prompts and outcome
workflow graphs do not apply to TFU Live. Split/master implementation remains
unavailable.

[Prepare agent](/api-reference/tfu-live/prepare-tfu-live-agent) prepares the exact reviewed
TFU revision; acceptance is not readiness or campaign activation.
[Restore revision](/api-reference/tfu-live/restore-tfu-live-agent-revision) brings an earlier
save back as a new revision; the agent's `changeHistory` lists each save with who
made it (`actor` is `user` for a person, `assistant` for the agent editing itself in
the builder conversation), what changed, and whether it is `restorable`. The
[Brain catalog](/api-reference/tfu-live/get-tfu-live-catalog) discovers the
workflow model (nodes, templates, rules and limits), the sub-account's CRM, voice
choices and backgrounds.

[Set TFU Live agent orb colour](/api-reference/tfu-live/set-tfu-live-agent-orb-colour)
chooses the colours of the agent's orb, which every agent read returns as `orb`.
It is cosmetic, so it takes no `ifVersion` and saves no revision.

An agent's workflows can be read and written one at a time:

[Replace](/api-reference/tfu-live/replace-tfu-live-workflow),

[Validate](/api-reference/tfu-live/validate-tfu-live-workflows), with
[Look up TFU Live resources](/api-reference/tfu-live/look-up-tfu-live-resources)
for the calendars, tags, custom fields, pipelines, reps and teams their settings
name. Every refusal carries a `code`, and a workflow refusal names its
`workflowId`, `stepId` and `field`.

Campaigns, Contacts, Calls, Analytics and Billing keep their shared modules.
Their existing tenant checks and TFU admission gaps are not bypassed by an
agent's runtime support status. This is a local development contract.
