# Go live

> Finish setup and activate the agent for real leads.

Use **Go live** once you have saved the agent, reviewed its settings and tested
the conversation. A saved agent and an active campaign are different things.

## Before you activate

* Replace starter instructions with your real business information.
* Check the agent’s instructions, voice and any enabled Chat style.
* Fill the required calendars, transfer destinations and other workflow settings.
* Review calling numbers, calling hours, timezone and lead-entry rules.
* Check [Call handling](/agents/tfu-live-call-handling) and the actions after End Call.
* [Test the agent](/agents/tfu-live-testing), including actions that cannot complete.

## Resolve the setup checklist

Select **Go live** and review what still needs attention. Open the relevant
setting, correct it and check again. Preparing the agent is not the same as
activating its campaign; wait for the UI to confirm the result.

## Voice and Chat readiness

Voice can be ready while SMS setup still needs work. Review
[Inbound → SMS](/agents/tfu-live-chat) for the detected number and approval status.
If approval cannot be verified, check the sender in your CRM rather than assuming
that a detected number is approved. Chat tests remain available.

## After activation

Review early conversations and their action results. If the wording needs work,
edit [Instructions](/agents/tfu-live-brain) or [Conversation Style](/agents/tfu-live-voice).
If the action is wrong, review the matching
[workflow](/agents/tfu-live-capabilities). Test the change before relying on it.
