# Agent Builder controls

> Match the controls on your screen to what the assistant can explain, read and change.

Agent Builder brings your conversation and campaign settings together. You can
edit them directly or ask the chatbot for help with the section you have open.

| Area | What you can change |
| - | - |
| **Agent** | The script, spoken introduction, FAQ, voice, language and business knowledge. |
| **Capabilities** | What the agent can do during a call, such as booking, transferring or adding a tag. |
| **Campaign outcomes and detectors** | How a finished call is classified, extra conditions to notice, and the follow-up attached to each result. |
| **Campaign** | Who gets called and the follow-up actions that run after each outcome. |
| **Power Dialer** | The schedule of follow-up attempts and the leads waiting to be called. |
| **Settings** | Calling hours, caller IDs, background sound, listening behavior and simultaneous-call limits. |
| **Project Manager** | The projects connected to a master agent and the local resources each one uses. |
| **Test and sharing** | Try the voice agent yourself or share a test link with someone else. |

## Asking for a change

Be specific about the part you want changed: “Make the voice a little slower,”
“Change only the survey duration in the FAQ,” or “Send a text after someone asks for information.”
The chatbot should preserve the rest of your setup and explain anything it still needs.

**Build** is your conversation with the co-author. **Test** lets you try the voice
agent that callers will speak to. A saved setting is ready to test; it does not
by itself turn your campaign on.

See [Script and context](/agents/prompt), [Speech and transcription](/agents/delivery),
[Calling rules](/campaigns/calling-window), and [Testing and sharing](/campaigns/testing-and-sharing)
for the details of each area.

## In the API

Every control above is a field on [Get agent](/api-reference/agents/get-agent)
or [Get campaign](/api-reference/campaigns/get-campaign), and changes go through
[Update agent](/api-reference/agents/update-agent) or
[Update campaign](/api-reference/campaigns/update-campaign).
